How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Billing → Choose Your Plan and click the "Upgrade" button on your desired plan. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing, and the upgrade takes effect immediately.
How do I create an API key?
Navigate to API Keys in the sidebar, click "Create New API Key", give it a name and select permissions, then click "Create Key". Make sure to copy your key immediately as it won't be shown again.
What converters are included?
We include 6 converter categories: Dev Converters (Base64, Hex, Color, etc.), Engineering Converters (Length, Weight, Temperature, etc.), Currency Converter, Time & Timezone, JSON Tools (Validate, Format, Minify), and more. All plans include access to all converters.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
How do I reset my password?
Go to Profile → Security tab, enter your current password and new password, then click "Update Password". The system will show a strength meter to help you create a strong password.
What are the rate limits?
Rate limits vary by plan: Free (100/hour, 10k/month), Basic (500/hour, 100k/month), Pro (2k/hour, 1M/month), Enterprise (unlimited). You'll receive notifications when approaching your limits.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We never store your conversion data permanently, and all API keys are encrypted. You can enable 2FA for additional security.
